Terms Of Service

1. Agreement

Terms between Client and Goldie SEO Agency, 24 Rue de la République, 69002 Lyon, France. Engaging services constitutes acceptance.

2. Services

SEO auditing, keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, local SEO, content strategy, and related digital marketing services. All delivered digitally.

3. Payment

Via Stripe in EUR. Full payment for Foundation. Growth and Dominance may be structured as monthly payments per agreement.

4. Access & Credentials

Client provides Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and CMS access as needed. We access via OAuth where possible. Credentials stored in encrypted vault. Access revoked immediately upon engagement end.

5. Results Disclaimer

SEO results depend on many factors including competition, domain history, content quality, and Google algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. We guarantee the quality and methodology of our work, and we publish average results transparently.

6. Intellectual Property

Client owns all deliverables (audit reports, content, strategy documents) upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the engagement anonymously in our portfolio.

7. Liability

Limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. No liability for third-party algorithm changes, hosting failures, or client-side modifications to optimised content.

8. Governing Law

French law. Lyon courts. EU ODR platform available. Updated: March 2026.
